PROVENIQ CHARITABLE TRUST

Legal Existence

The PROVENIQ Charitable Trust is a rigid purpose trust established under the laws of the State of Wyoming. It exists solely to hold, protect, and indefinitely perpetuate the intellectual property assets of the PetNexus ecosystem for the public benefit.

Separation of Powers

A strict separation of powers doctrine governs the ecosystem:

• The Trust (Owner): Holds title to all trademarks, schemas, canon law, and core technology. It does not operate programs, process user data, or solicit funds.
• The Foundation (Primary Licensee): The PROVENIQ Foundation is the exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licensee of the Trust's assets, with the explicit right to sub-license commercial operations to PROVENIQ Technologies (or designated subsidiaries) in service of the mission.

Mission Lock

The Trust is irrevocable. Its assets cannot be sold for private profit. Its mission—to provide a universal, truth-based identity layer for companion animals—is legally locked and cannot be altered by downstream commercial interests.
