The PROVENIQ Charitable Trust holds solitary title to the following intellectual property assets, collectively defined as the "PetNexus Ecosystem":

The Public Benefit License
All assets listed above are licensed exclusively to the PROVENIQ Foundation under a perpetual, royalty-free ($0) Public Benefit License, which includes the explicit right to sub-license commercial operations to PROVENIQ Technologies (or designated subsidiaries) in service of the mission.
LICENSE CONDITION: The Licensee (Foundation) must strictly
adhere to the Canon Law defined by this Trust. Any deviation from the Canon,
or any attempt to monetize user data for private equity gain, constitutes an
immediate breach of license.
Prohibited Uses
The following uses of Trust IP are strictly prohibited by the Deed:
- Commercial Sale of Data: No personal or biometric data may be sold or brokered.
- Surveillance Repurposing: Identity infrastructure may not be used for municipal surveillance beyond animal welfare.
- Exclusionary Access: Access to the core registry must remain open to all valid welfare organizations.
